Superior Acquires Retail Strip in LI

Superior Management announces that an affiliated company has acquired 560 Walt Whitman Road, Melville. The property is conveniently located between the Northern State Parkway and the Walt Whitman Mall. Walt Whitman Mall is the second largest shopping center in Long Island.  The property is tenanted by Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firm Nelson & Pope, and by Le French Cleaner. Nelson & Pope maintains a campus of spaces at the location and at a neighboring property.  The location will be a long term addition to Superior’s management portfolio and the company will be making improvements to the facade and roof in the coming months.


Wine Restaurant Joins Meatpacking District

220px-Port_wineWe are pleased to announce the signing of a long term lease with a secret operator who will be opening a wine restaurant at 337 West 14th Street. The space comprises of 1,350 square feet and will include seating for 65 guests inclusive of two private dining rooms. The establishment is expected to have a full menu and will be bringing in a renowned celebrity chef whose identity cannot be disclosed. The winery will be a sophisticated addition to the trendy meatpacking district and details will be released upon official announcement. The establishment is slated to open in February of 2014.

Superior Presents at Multifamily Summit


Jonathan Nagin, Property Manager and Chief of Technology for Superior Management, spoke on a panel moderated by On-Site’s CEO, Jake Harrington at the New York Summer Multifamily Apartment Summit, attended by approximately four hundred Real Estate Professionals. The topic of discussion for the panel was Management in the Digital Age. Jonathan discussed the impacts technology can have on multifamily operations. Jonathan graduated from Syracuse University in 2004 with a degree in Computer Science. He has implemented digital tenant screening, digital leasing through On-Site’s platform,, Google Docs real time data sharing, and online bill pay through PSN.

Bite Beauty Leases Prime Soho Location

The location will feature a sales showroom and a manufactory producing custom lipstick shades. Bite Beauty is an all-natural lip care company that is high performance and healthy enough to eat for women everywhere. Their products are currently available at Sephora.

Bike Shop Leases Commercial Space at 667 Grand Street

We are pleased to announce that Bikesmith has leased two floors of 667 Grand Street. This store front will be their third Brooklyn location. The cellar will have a full service repair and custom build workshop. The location was ideal, because Grand Street has bike lanes connecting it to the Williamsburg Bridge.

Superior Management announces the acquisition of 667 Grand Street, Brooklyn. The property is located in the trendy neighborhood of East Williamsburg and consists of 6 apartments and three stories of retail space. This newly built building [2004] is an addition to Superior’s portfolio and represents the companies first acquisition of real property since 1997.
