Orbital Kitchens is coming to 42-45 12th Street. Orbital Kitchens is a vertically integrated ‘ghost kitchen’ concept with over 10 in house delivery brands under it’s umbrella. Superior and Orbital will be implementing a modernization of the property to create a commercial grade kitchen that spans tens of thousands of square feet. This location will supply Orbitals growing number of satellite locations in the North East corridor and we are excited to be a part of their growth story. Superior was represented by Adam Joly at the Vorea Group and Paolo Italia from The Stand NYC represented Orbital.
