Superior has acquired 42-45 12th Street in Long Island City. The property formerly housed Duplex Motion Picture Studios. Duplex was active during Hollywood’s golden era in the 1920’s. The property will be completely restored to it’s former renown by creating six floor through flex industrial-office spaces. Renovation plans are currently underway and we anticipate a 2024 completion. Leasing is being handled by Adam Joly at Vorea Group and end users will be announced soon.
